La capsulitis adhesiva del hombro es una patologia que se carcteriza por perdida del rango de movimiento activo y pasivo asociado a dolor progresivo sobretodo de la articulacion glenohumeral; La proloterapia, tambien conocida como terapia de regenracion o proliferacion es una terapia alternativa para la aplicacion en estos casos.
