LAND AND TERRITORY POLICY OBSERVATORY
Abstract
This article is oriented through the Sociocritical Paradigm, because it is projected beyond the simple observations that are manifested in the context of the Territorial Units of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, to influence power relations and establish an Observatory of policies on Land and Territory.
In the research methodology, based on the strategy of workshop seminars between Academic Units that have competencies on Territorial Planning to approach the object of the research, a quantitative-qualitative approach was used, in line with the explanatory type of research. purposeful that allows interaction between the University, Society and the State.
Using the survey and interview techniques, it was also possible to project the theoretical and technical foundations on the categories of Land and Territory as a structural basis of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, in the perspective of guiding the management of the Territorial Units from the Municipality. , with the projection of presenting a bill that consolidates the Land and Territory Policy Observatory and allows for the evaluation of the different planning processes, fundamentally at the Municipal level.
In short, by analyzing the characteristics of the different categories related to the central objective of establishing an Observatory of Policies on Land and Territory, it also made it possible to base the positioning on a holistic, cosmocentric, cooperation and complementarity vision that is collected from the First Nations that make up the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
